The Victorian Paediatric Palliative Care Program is an alliance between the Royal Children's Hospital, Monash Health and Very Special Kids. The team is made up of specialist doctors, nurses, social worker and an occupational therapist. The Program aims to ensure children and adolescents with life-limiting conditions and their families receive the best possible palliative care by providing information, advice and support to families and the health professionals caring for them.
